You must have the new words completed each week. You must do the following in your work.
1. Rephrased word
2. An example
3. Explain what the word is similar to but different from in detail.
***The third part is how I decide to award you points. You really want to focus on this. Some are really not doing this or putting down quick garbage just to take up space.
Good Example: Allusion is similar to simile because they are both comparing two different things to make a point but different because allusion is comparing in strong and more direct way whereas simile is weakening the comparison by use like or as.
Bad Example: Allusion is like a simile because they are about two things.
