1. Fantastic Mr Fox is based on the Roald Dahl book of the same name. What do you know about Roald Dahl? Write an information leaflet about him. When did he live? Where did he live? Which other books did he write? Which were made into films? Where did the idea for Fantastic Mr Fox come from?

2. Read the book ‘Fantastic Mr Fox’ and write a back cover book blurb that describes the story in one paragraph.

3. Read the synopsis for the film on page 1. How is it the same to your book blurb? How is it different?

4. Mr Fox is described as ‘Fantastic’. Choose one word which describes:
